The NEW Kingfisher Handheld Fiber Meter is a premium power meter used to test power, loss, continuity and faults on fiber optic systems. The Ge detector is recommended for general testing of multimode and single mode fiber from 660 - 1550 nm at up to +15 dBm and 200u core diameter. For generally improved accuracy on single mode systems, or testing above 1550 nm, the InGaAs detector option is recommended.
