The small KI 9800A
VFL Pocket Fiber Sources are ideal for fault finding and continuity testing
on single mode, multimode or POF systems. They provides a range of
useful
craft-friendly features not available on
pen-style instruments.
- KI 9807 optimised for typical short distance fault
finding: 635 nm and <0 dBm power output maximised for
Class 2 eye-safety.
- KI 9808 optimised for long distance fault finding: 650
nm and <+10 dBm power output maximised for
Class 2M
eye-safety.
- For the same eye safety rating, typically 5 dB more
coupled power than a pen
