Warranty & quality
Kingfisher has been manufacturing fiber optic test equipment for over 30 years. Our field failure rate is under 1%, and our products are backed by a comprehensive warranty. For details on warranty & quality, or to make a claim or quality report, please check here.
Calibration cycles are 3 years for most of our products. Kingfisher offers optical calibration services (AU).
Local calibration services are also available globally through our trusted regional service centers.
Kingfisher offers simple fixed price instrument repair, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 weeks. A 3 month warranty applies to all service work. Please follow the instructions on our Service Request Form (RMA) so we can expedite your repair.
Kingfisher International HQ (Australia) offers an instrument Service Inspection Certificate. We put your Kingfisher instrument through Quality Assurance evaluations on our automated test systems, ensuring your instrument is performing as well as the day it was delivered. This service is less expensive than calibration, and is typically used in internal asset assurance programs. To inquire about this, contact HQ.
Reporting software customization service
We are happy to customize KITS™ loss testing reports to your exact requirements, which can achieve quick payback for you when acceptance testing medium to large installation jobs. Please contact our sales team.
